Warranty pick & drop from customer location (only within UAE) will be free of charge within 7 days of the invoice date. But in case wrong information about faulty of items customer will be charged AED 50/- for pick & drop services.
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, warranty and replacement.
1- Any physical damage
2- Tablets that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number
3- Tablets that are missing the manufacturer warranty label
4- Tablets that were missing parts, box, headset or any other accessories from the original box.
5- Returned without original invoice.
6- Tablets which not satisfying manufacturer warranty policy.
7- Tablets which is not satisfying Customer Satisfaction policy.
